Fee and payment

Please note the following conference fees:

Ventilatory workshop (3 June only) £220 (1 day)
Ventilatory workshop and Conference (3, 4 and 5 June) £450 (3 days)
Two day Conference only (4 and 5 June) £300 (2 days)
One day Conference only (4 or 5 June) £150 (1 day)

REGISTER FOR ALL 3 DAYS BEFORE 1 APRIL 2010 AND RECEIVE A FURTHER £50 REDUCTION

Payments from abroad should be by international banker’s draft, money order in sterling or Eurocheque. Credit/debit card payments are also accepted.

Please note that places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis and the closing date for the event is Friday 21 May 2010.
